— Independent Inspection Practice

No remediation arm. No financial stake in the outcome.

EEDA inspects properties and documents what the evidence shows. We have no remediation services to sell — our only deliverable is an accurate, detailed report.

Credentials you can verify before we arrive

Every inspector who walks a property for EEDA carries documented, third-party credentials. Certification numbers are available on request — standard practice for any engagement.

Professional affiliations are maintained for one reason: they require continuing education tied to current testing standards, not outdated field intuition.

+ Evidence-Based Protocol

Every finding tied to a documented observation

EEDA works from a defined inspection protocol applied consistently to every property. Moisture readings, surface samples, and air quality data are recorded at the time of collection — not reconstructed from memory.

Findings are reported by location, measurement, and condition. If a reading is within normal range, the report says so. The data is the report — there is no editorial layer added to generate urgency.
