/ Inspection Services

Scoped inspections. Written findings. No guesswork.

Every engagement is matched to a specific property condition. We document what the property shows us and deliver a report you can act on.

What We Inspect

Three inspection types. One standard of documentation.

Home Mold Inspection

Commercial Property Inspection

Pre-Purchase Mold Assessment

Systematic assessment of living spaces, basements, attics, and HVAC systems. We identify moisture pathways and visible fungal growth with documented measurements.

Scoped to the property's footprint and occupancy type. We assess high-risk zones—mechanical rooms, plenums, storage areas—and produce findings your facilities team can act on.

Timed to closing schedules. We provide condition-of-property documentation before the transaction completes, giving buyers and agents a clear evidentiary record.

— Every Engagement

The report is the deliverable.

No verbal summaries, no handshake findings. Every inspection closes with a written, evidence-backed report: photographs, moisture readings, affected surface locations, and plain-language interpretation.

Where visual evidence is insufficient, air sampling and surface sampling are available. Lab results are appended to the report—not issued separately—so findings read as one complete record.

Know what the property is showing before you decide.

Select the inspection type that fits your situation. Reports are delivered within 48 hours of the on-site assessment.
